Wig Commissions
WIG COMMISSIONS -Terms and Agreements
-Terms-
1: All wigs are to be ordered at least three months before the due date. I will not make a wig unless I am given plenty of time to make them.
2: I will not make wigs without sufficient reference images. I would prefer images of both sides, front and back. It is not my responsibility to search around for reference images. If you don't give me any references then I will not make the wig.
3: I may, or may not need your facial measurements. I would like to make the wig as accurate as possible [unless otherwise stated] for your face. If I need them I shall get in touch with you.
4: I will make the wig to your specifications. If you want the wig to be slightly changed in any way, shape or form you must let me know when you place your order.
5: I am happy to make accessories for your wigs [such as the jewels on Sailor Moon's Ordangos] Please include these details in your ordering form if you would like the accessories. Or if you have already made your own I will attach them for you. If pre-made, please give them to me when you order.
6: All wigs are supplied with wig heads if necessary. I will not supply a wig head for flat wigs [non-spikey wigs] if they do not need them. However if you have a wig head you want me to use then please get it to me a.s.a.p.
7: All purchases are given a booklet on wig care. This guide tells you the upkeep of your wig and how to put it on.
-Conditions-
1: All wigs are paid in two parts. The Deposit and the Styling Price. The deposit is non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are not happy with your wig you can either get your money back or I will re-style it. However you must have good reason for it to be refunded.
1.a: If you are returning a wig please make sure it is in good condition. I will not accept a damaged wig and you will not receive your refund.
2: I reserve the right to change pricing at any time. All prices may vary from wig to wig depending the time and money spent on it.
3: All wigs are to be picked up from an allocated location [you will find out this in your order form] Or at the convention. All wigs are to be picked up within two weeks of wig completion. If your wig is not picked up within the allocated time then I will put them up on Ebay or sell them elsewhere. I will not ship out spikey wigs, However I will ship out flat wigs [non-spikey wigs]. I will not ship outside Australia.
Notes -please be aware of these notes-
* All wigs will vary. Even multiples of the same wig will vary, as it is impossible to re-create perfect replicas.
