K-Thon [January Meet]
K-Thon is back for another year! This time it will be bigger and better than ever!
WHO: Everyone
WHAT: K-Thon. [January Meetup]
WHEN: Sunday 27th January 2008
TIME: 12 noon
WHERE: Roma Street Gardens, BBQ 1 [near the lake and bridge]. If it’s raining that day I will set a new location.
EDIT//: If it is raining, we will be taking over the stage area *nods*
WHY: K-Thon is the event to kick off the new year of Cosplay and its [~DSR]’s birthday ‘party’ thing… *shrugs*
OTHER: This is a Cosplay event, but I won’t force anyone to Cosplay, its just a lot more fun if you do.
It’s also a BBQ. It would be great if everyone brought a little something for it.
EVENTS: I said it would be bigger and better than before and as such we are going to have a few events such as a mini Cosplay competition and the anime dating game ^_^

 damn, ill be in sydney for this one, well happy Bday DSR and hope everyone has fun, cosplay season is starting to gain momentium for the year, cant wait to see peoples awesome costumes this year!!!

Oooh okay thanks for that. So you're going? I don't know if I can/will but I'll think about it.. I emailed the organiser and uhh they were kind of standoffish "The majority of us do not associate with cosplayers." like wtf >_>
but yayehhh! sunday fun fun, i'm bringing Danni as well (the Mikuru from last meet~)

well this is my first time coming to one of these meets. Dont worry i know what you mean about them being standoffish, i honestly dont know what the problem with it is i love both which of course leads to me having absolutely no money lol, i cant wait to see you there then

I didn't even check the forums the saturday before, Went to work then to two parties that night >< so naturally i forgot the steaks and breadrolls lol
It was still an awesome day, love meeting new people and can't wait for the next meetup
